Where we store your personal data
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure server or remotely via secure cloud based platforms.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our sites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, no organisation can 100% guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site as we cannot anticipate advances in unscrupulous computer hacking, viruses etc although every effort has been made for our sites to be as robust as possible.
How long we keep your information
On the closure of your account, we may keep your data for up to 7 years after you have cancelled your services with us. We may not be able to delete your data before this time due to our legal and/or accountancy obligations.

- Website builders and Epages – Additionally, to provide customer domain and connection details to the service your data is sent to third party suppliers both within and outside of the EEA
